Bon voila, il y a quelque jour mon ordinateur a fait un arrêt soudain ayant comme méssage blue Screen aprés quelque temps la même chose s'est répété. Alors j'ai cherché sur le net et j'ai trouvé un logiciel who crashed et voilà les résultats, que dois-je faire? merci pour votre aide.

Pas de fichier dump de crash trouvé sur ton ordinateur.
Regarde dans le gestionnaire de périphériques si l'un d'eux comporte une alerte.
Teste la mémoire vive et regarde dans le journal des événements.
Panneau de configuration > Outils d'administration.
Diagnostic de mémoire Windows et tu suis la routine proposée.
Observateur d'événements > Journaux Windows > Application et Système.
