Il y a quelques temps, j'ai eu de nombreux écran bleu que j'ai cru résoudre à l'aide d'anti-virus, malware et spyware, mais ce ne fut pas le cas, j'ai donc fait une restauration complète de sortie d'usine mais le problème n'a pas été résolu, des onglets Firefox s'ouvraient encore sans raison, cependant je n'avais plus d'écran bleu.
Alors je ne sais pas si les 2 problèmes sont liés mais depuis peu les écrans bleus on repris après un plantage du plungin Flash.
J'ai fait de nombreuses recherches, de nouveau des analyses Superantispyware, et Avast mais nada, juste quelques cookies.
J'ai téléchargé le logiciel WhoCrashed et voila ce qu'il en résulte:
Je vois bien qu'il y a un point commun : ntoskrnl.exe mais je ne sais qu'en faire et hormis une vague idée de ver informatique, je suis complétement perdue, et je ne m'y connais pas vraiment en informatique, c'est pourquoi je fais appelle à vous, dans l'espoir que quelqu'un puisse m'aider à réparer cet ordinateur maudit!On Sat 29/01/2011 11:47:53 GMT your computer crashed
