Après plusieurs arrêts non-planifiés dans la journée, j'ai suivi vos conseils et utilisé Whocrashed.

Voici les résultats de l'analyse et la conclusion :

Conclusion

5 crash dumps have been found and analyzed. No offending third party drivers have been found. Connsider using WhoCrashed Professional which offers more detailed analysis using symbol resolution. Also configuring your system to produce a full memory dump may help you.

La mention KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR peut signifier que ton disque dur est défectueux, avec un ou plusieurs secteurs endommagés.

Tu pourrais contrôler ton disque dur avec CHKDSK ou le logiciel gratuit HD Tune 2.55, que tu télécharges ici:
http://www.hdtune.com/download.html

Il te suffit de lancer un scan de ton disque via l'onglet "Error Scan".

Vérifie aussi tes pilotes, notamment celui de ta carte graphique, qui peut être responsable de ce genre de plantage.

Selon moi, tu as là la réponse à ta question.

Les carrés rouges sont des blocs défectueux de ton disque dur.
Il y en a 4, dont 3 consécutifs.

C'est suffisant pour provoquer les arrêts intempestifs de ton ordinateur.

Je ne sais pas quel est le modèle de ton ordinateur, mais la solution est de changer de disque dur, si c'est possible et si cela vaut la peine, ou de pc.
En attendant, veille à bien sauvegarder régulièrement tes données.

grabouille ne dit pas s'il a essayé d'utiliser chkdsk /f sous cmd en mode administrateur, qui peut réparer (dans certains cas) suffisamment un disque partiellement endommagé..(ainsi que chkdsk /f /r)
C'est peut-être dommage.
Désolé, je dis ça avant que la clôture ne soit définitive, s'il n'a pas essayé ça vaut la peine non?

Tu as raison, j'ai pas précisé à grabouille qu'il faut passer la commande avec ces options.

En fait, il faudrait qu'il exécute chkdsk /f / r en mode administrateur.

/f Corrige les erreurs détectées sur le disque. Le disque doit être verrouillé.
/r Détecte les secteurs défectueux et récupère les informations lisibles. Le disque doit être verrouillé.

Franchement, je ne crois pas que cela fonctionne. J'ai vu plusieurs fois des disques légèrement défectueux, dont deux des miens et chkdsk n'a jamais pu corriger les erreurs.

Néanmoins, cela ne coûte rien de tenter cette opération et cela fonctionne sans doute dans certains cas.
