Bonjour,


Suite à de nombreux messages d'erreur bleu en début d'aprem, sur un forum on m'a dit d'installer et d'utiliser Whocrashed pour savoir ce qui causé des soucis à mon pc avec Seven .

Je solicite votre aide car je ne sais pas comment résourdre mon problème . Je suis sur une version original de Windows 7 Familial Prénium 64 Bits .

Personne pour m'aider ? Je galère depuis 11h30 ce matin :'(

On se calme, c'est dimanche, il fait beau et les animateurs de ce forum sont bénévoles, donc pas toujours à l'aguet d'un nouveau topic

Pour ton erreur 0X1E, ça veut dire que le noyau Windows a détecté une instruction de processeur illégale ou inconnue.

Sans plus de renseignements, je te conseillerai de tester tes barrettes de mémoire. Si tu en as plusieurs sur ton PC, alors enlèves en une puis vois si le problème persiste. Si le problème persiste, remets la barrette et enlèves l'autre, et ainsi de suite, afin de tenter d'identifier la barrette defectueuse.

Je vois d'ailleurs que Jasonb92 Combien de pseudo tu as ?) n'a pas bon plus de réponses sur hardware.fr Faut éviter de poster à tout vent, tu mobilises ainsi des dizaines de bénévoles.

indique plutôt un problème soft que hard (désolé BertrandB)

Et celui-ci est lié à la carte réseau Realtek.

Aurais-tu installé récemment un nouveau matériel ?

Tu peux essayer de désinstaller - réinstaller ce pilote ou d'en faire une mise à jour.

Déjà merci de me répondre c'est sympa, ensuite j'ai déjà demandé sur l'autre forum ainsi que sur 2-3 autre mais personne ne réponds ...

Un problème soft que hard c'est à dire ? ^^

En dehors de la mise à jour de mon pilote de carte graphique je n'ai pas fait d'autre mise à jour. J'ai juste un nouveau disque dur sur lequel hier j'ai installé windows seven proprement c'est tout .
J'ai fais la traduction en Français du rapport Whocrashed il dise qu'il faut mettre à jour mon pilote Realtek c'est pas parce qu'il est périmé que sa cause des soucis ?

Où puis je trouver cette mise à jour ^^ j'ai cherché mais je ne trouve pas

J'ai mis les pilotes à jour, je n'ai plus le rapport d'erreur avec Realtek .

Par contre toujours des messages bleu au démarrage du PC .
