Problème de mise en veille prolongée + extinction du PC

Bonjour à tous,
j' ai 2 problemes sur mon os ( seven 64 ) , voila : 1er : quand mon pc se met en veille prolongée, il me fait souvent un ecran bleu et redémarre nickel en mode normal, le 2eme, c'est qu'il a souvent du mal à s'éteindre et je suis obligé de faire un reset pour l'eteindre !
