Problème de mise en veille prolongée + extinction du PC

Bonjour à tous,

j' ai 2 problemes sur mon os ( seven 64 ) , voila : 1er : quand mon pc se met en veille prolongée, il me fait souvent un ecran bleu et redémarre nickel en mode normal, le 2eme, c'est qu'il a souvent du mal à s'éteindre et je suis obligé de faire un reset pour l'eteindre !

juste vu ceci pour info http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2459268/fr et peut-être vérifier tes pilotes dans le gestionnaire de périphériques
il aurait aussi fallu connaitre la marque ,la série du pc et windows quoi 64 bits pour des recherches chez le constructeur .
peut-être vérifier les barrettes mémoires ou un problème de compatibilité avec un programme installé sur ton pc .

Bonjour,

Un premier élément... le code 0x1000009F n'est pas officiellement référencé, donc erreur générique custom_error, ce qui n'est pas mieux que "erreur inconnue".

Cependant il est parfois associé à DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE.

Donc un classique problème matériel impliquant éventuellement un ou plusieurs composants et/ou des pilotes.

Par ailleurs, selon la situation, il peut-être demandé de faire une analyse avec l'outil ZHPDiag de Nicolas Coolman à télécharger sur le Bureau.

Autrement tester un fix Microsoft s'il existe, vérifier les composants (USB, barrettes de RAM et autres), ou tenter une restauration du système à une date antérieure, ou réinstaller Seven, etc...


EDIT 27/08 12:45: il manque deux précisions qui peuvent être d'importance:
- l'ordi en question est-il de marque (HP, Acer ou autre) et si oui, merci d'indiquer le nom du fabricant + série/modèle.
- des logiciels et outils de nettoyage ont-ils été installés et utilisés, par ex. suite de sécurité antivirus + firewall ou autre, CCleaner, Glary ou équivalent

Bonjour.

Si tu as le DVD de Win7 (version boite) sert toi de l'option réparer.
Tu peux créer le CD de réparation si tu n'as pas le DVD original Microsoft.

Tu peux aussi lancer L'invite de commande en tant qu'administrateur et saisir sfc /scannow pour vérifier et réparer les fichiers.(espace entre sfc et scannow)
Tu tapes cmd dans la zone rechercher du menu démarrer et tu l'ouvres en faisant clic droit dessus =>exécuter en tant qu'administrateur

Mais le problème ntoskrnl.exe est une vraie galère a résoudre.
