Windows ne peut pas ouvrir ou ajouter une imprimante

Bonjour,
SOS....
j'ai utilisé un logiciel appelé Uniblue registrybooster et depuis (enfin je pense que c'est lié à ça), j'ai perdu mon imprimante et impossible a réinstaller a cause du message suivant :
Windows ne peut pas ouvrir ou ajouter une imprimante. Le spouleur d'impressions local n'est pas en cours d'execution. redémarrez le spouleur ou l'ordinateur.

Mais je n'ai pas la possibilité d'activer le spouleur les fonctions ne sont pas accesibles dans le menu service.

Merci de votre aide... je ne m'en sors pas

Depuis combien de temps utilises-tu la javel bleue ? Tentes une restauration du système antérieure à l'utilisation et ou l'installation du programme.

Sinon, tu es bon pour désinstaller le sp1 et réinstaller 7 par mise à niveau...

j'ai bien entendu tenté la récupération de la base de registre sans succés

tentes ceci :

Fais une analyse d'intégrité des Fichiers Windows en procédant comme ceci :

• Tapes cmd dans la zone de recherche du menu démarrer, quand le programme apparait, fais un clic droit dessus et choisis "exécuter en tant qu'administrateur"
  
  De là, tapes sfc_/scannow dans la fenêtre de commandes et valides par entrée. (_ étant un espace)

Laisse faire l'analyse, (10 min environ) et dis nous ce qu'il en est.

tu enchaînes directement par cette commande, que tu copies-colles :

findstr /C:"[SR] Cannot repair" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log >sfcdetails2.txt
Tu déploies ensuite dans l'explorateur C:\Windows\System32
et tu recherches le fichier sfcdetails2.txt
Tu fais un copier-coller du contenu de ce fichier dans ta réponse.

c'est bien ce que je pensais, tu es bon pour une réinstallation par mise à niveau sans pertes de données... (attends confirmation d'un autre membre, mais c'est pour moi le plus efficace dans ton cas)

Merci, mais les pb continuent avec un antivirus (Avast) qui a des soucis et je viens de detecter des virus avec antivir.
