Bonjour,

Configuration de mon Sony Vaio VNG-FW4 acheté en Juin 2009, tous les pilotes étant à jour :
Windows 7 sur un disque SSD Toshiba 256 GB
Inter Core 2 Duo T9600
Ati Mobility Radeon HD 4650
RAM Samsung PC2-6400 DDR2 ( 2*4Go)
Carte mère Intel PM45 (Cantiga-PM) + ICH9M
Carte réseau utilisée Intel(R) WiFi Link 5100 AGN

Depuis quelques semaines, depuis une date que je n'ai pas pu déterminé exactement, mon ordinateur portable gèle de deux manières différentes selon les situations :

1/ Au cours d'un jeu vidéo – écran noir et répétition d'un même son. Cela ne semble pas (?) se produire avec tous les jeux. Voici les relevés que j'ai fait just au moment du plantage :

L'ordinateur a planté à 21:36:55 très exactement. Moment où le logiciel a cessé de pouvoir enregistrer les valeurs. La température de jonction du CPU est de 110°C (Documentation d'Intel) et la température de jonction du GPU est entre 105 et 115°C (Documentation d'ATI). Mes résultats sont donc en deça des limites de jonction.

Le dernier message de l'Observateur d'événement de Windows rapporte :
« le contrôleur embarqué a renvoyé des données alors qu’aucune donnée n’était demandée. Il est possible que le BIOS tente d’accéder au contrôleur embarqué sans se synchroniser avec le système d’exploitation. Ces données seront ignorées. Aucune autre action n’est nécessaire ; néanmoins, contactez le fabricant de votre ordinateur afin de savoir si un BIOS mis à niveau est disponible. »

Mon bios étant à jour, je ne peux rien faire contre ce problème. Les bios des Vaio étant par ailleurs bridées au niveau des options.

2/ Lors de l'utilisation de deux logiciels – écran bloqué sur la même image (pas d'écran noir) et répétition d'un même son : KMPlayer pour visionner des vidéos & uTorrent. J'ai dernièrement réussi à planter systématiquement la machine en forçant uTorrent à « vérifier » un fichier de plus de 13 giga. Ce fichier étant placé sur un disque USB externe. Néanmoins, le disque USB n'intervenant pas dans le cas du jeu vidéo, je suppose qu'il n'est pas concerné (?).

J'ai par ailleurs testé mes disques durs en lecture / écriture (burst test, etc.). Mes barrettes de mémoire on été testées avec memtest, aucune erreur n'a été détectée. La stabilité des processeurs a été testée avec HwiNFO32. Bien que le portable présente des ralentissements considérable durant les tests, à aucun moment il ne plante.

Le système ne présente par ailleurs aucun comportement anormal.

Comment débrouiller cette affaire ? A quels outils faire appel pour déterminer précisément l'origine du problème ? Qu'existe-t'il qui permettrait de monitorer l'ensemble des activités « intéressantes » de l'ordinateur ?

Comme je suspecte que certains vont penser qu'il s'agit d'un bête problème logiciel, je poste un log d'HijackThis :

À mon avis, c'est plutôt de ce côté qu'il faut chercher

Ces températures sont affolantes.

Il s'agit d'un portable ? => les actions ne sont pas légions. Vérifirs tout de même que les grilles de ventilations ne sont pas obstruées avec de la poussière et lorsque tu l'utilises, assures-toi qu'il soit sur uen surface plate et dure afin que le flux d'air puisse passer en-dessous.

Il s'agit d'un portable. Quant à ces températures, je ne sais pas pour être honnête. La documentation d'Intel indique une température de jonction à 105°C, c'est-à-dire qu'à 105°C le processeur va introduire des cycles vides pour se ralentir. Il est vrai qu'avec une température de 93°C sur le premier coeur, si l'on tient compte d'une imprécision de plus ou moins 5°C, on approche de la température de jonction.

Le portable est posé sur table, rien n'obstrue les évacuations d'air. Peut-être vais-je me résoudre à le démonter, mais les grilles d'évacuation de l'air ne semblent pas poussiéreuses le moins du monde. Je vais sûrement l'ouvrir ...

Après démontage et dépoussièrage, les températures plafonnent à 73°C.

Pourtant il y avait trois fois rien de poussière...

Malheureusement les plantages continuent ... Quelqu'un aurait-il des propositions ?

73°C, c'est déjà mieux, mais c'est encore beaucoup. je ne sais pas ce qu'en pensent les autres utilisateurs de portable.

je me demande si tu n'as pas des jeux trop exigeants en resources. Essaie de les jouer avec des paramètres plus raisonnables pour voir ce que ça donne.

Question de base : lorsque tu ne fais que de taper des textes sur ton forum favori en écoutant un peu de musique, é combien est ton CPU ? la en ce moment, le mien fait un petit 37°C avec une pointe à 43°C et mon GPU plafonne à 56°C
Mon portable ACER 7730 (je lui fais un scan antivirus pour l'occuper un peu) lui a son CPU à 50°C

On est loin de tes valeurs.

L'ordinateur ne plante pas seulement lorsque je joue. Il vient de planter à l'instant alors que j'avais trois applications ouvertes et qu'aucune n'exige beaucoup de ressources.

Enfin à vide le CPU tourne entre 37 et 40°C. Là maintenant j'ai lancé le jeu en arrière-plan. La température est montée à 70°C. Les capteurs thermiques intégrés renvoient toujours "OK". Je suppose que le seuil d'alarme est bien au-delà et que le processeur n'a aucune raison de lâcher. Mais je ne suis pas sûr que le processeur soit en cause...

Existe-t'il des logiciels pour examiner en profondeur le GPU ?

Ce qui agaçant c'est de ne pas pouvoir isoler l'élément coupable. Sur des tests en benchmark du CPU, l'ordinanteur lag terriblement mais il ne plante pas ! Et la température monte de la même manière...

Effectivement, tes température "croisière" sont OK, les "offshore" sont élevées, mais encore toérables.

As-tu essayé un antimaleware ?

As-tu essayé de faire un sfc /scannow :

Menu démarrer -> Tous les programmes -> Accessoires -> clic droit sur Invite de commande -> Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur -> Valide l'alerte.

Effectivement, tes température "croisière" sont OK, les "offshore" sont élevées, mais encore toérables.

As-tu essayé un antimaleware ?

Oui, le système est propre sous tous les angles.

As-tu essayé de faire un sfc /scannow :

Menu démarrer -> Tous les programmes -> Accessoires -> clic droit sur Invite de commande -> Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur -> Valide l'alerte.

J'ai déjà essayé, tous les fichiers sont intègres.

C'est là qu'on s'aperçoit du manque de moyen que nous avons pour déterminer l'origine d'un problème...

Selon tes symptomes, je pencherai quand même pour un problème matériel.
Soit chaleur, soit une RAM qui merdouille, soit.....

La ram a été intensivement testée avec Memtest. Quant à la chaleur, je ne sais pas. 73°C ne me semble pas excessif désormais.

Quelqu'un aurait-il une idée ?
