J'ai besoin que l'adresse loopback accepte le port SMB(139) car je veux l'utiliser pour établir une connexion crypter SSH a mon serveur de fichier SAMBA. Sur XP, j'ai pu me connecter sans problème.

C'est résolu, il faut dans Putty forwarder le port 445 vers le 139 du serveur.
