APPCRASH et BEX : firefow, picasa...

Bonjour,

Après avoir fait face à des écrans bleus (BSOD), c'est le tour des APPCRASH.

Il y a notamment 2 applications instables : firefox (3.6.3) et picasa (3.6.0)

Avec le premier il y a 3 ou 4 crashs par jour, avec picasa c'est après quelques minutes d'utilisation...

J'ai tenté d'installer Fix It Center. Mais apparemment le problème a également touché ce logiciel au moment de son installation. Malheureusement je n'ai pas copie le message associé:

J'ai également un problème avec Windows Live Messager (WLM), que parfois ne veut démarrer...

Quelqu'un a une idée?

Appcrashview a trouvé 40 incidents. Ils ne sont pas tous identifiés comme Appcrash. Pourtant il y en a!
Je ne sais pas exactement quoi chercher dans ces rapports. Mais les lignes "Sig[3].Name=Nom du module par défaut" me semblent pertinentes.

ci-dessous une liste par typologie d'événement (certains se multiplient par 3 ou 5):

Pour Firefox.exe (erreur BEX):

Bonjour,

Pour Firefox : plusieurs dll semblent poser problème.
C'est quelle version de Firefox ? la dernière 3.6.3 ?

Le mieux serait de désinstaller complètement Firefox, redémarrer le PC et le ré-installer depuis un fichier tout nouvellement téléchargé.

Pour Picasa, même conseil, désinstallation complète, redémarrer, et ré-installation depuis un fichier tout nouvellement téléchargé.

J'ai suivi tes orientations (téléchargment fichiers, désinstallation, redémarrage, installation firefox, redémarrage, installation picasa, redémarrage).
Je te tiens au courant.

Une autre piste : une mise à jour ne s'installe pas correctement. J'ai créé le post suivant : topic5420.html
Existerait-il un rapport entre eux?

firefox, internet explorer, picasa et ovi (soft nokia) ont eu une APPCRASH et/ou BEX.
Au total 9 APPCRASH depuis notre dernière conversation.

Mais enfin, tu as la schkoumoune , ce n'est pas possible !!!
Quand ce ne sont pas des écrans bleus, ce sont des Appcrash !

Des écrans bleus, tu n'en as plus depuis ta ré-installation ?

Refais un sfc scannow, je te redonne la procédure :

Démarrer --> Tous les programmes --> Accessoires --> Clic-droit sur Invite de commandes --> Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur --> tu tapes
sfc_/scannow
_ étant un espace
Tu laisses faire l'analyse.
En fin d'analyse, un message t'indiquera si des fichiers corrompus ont été réparés.

Les deux premières lignes parlent de dtsh.dll.mui et Microsoft-Windows-DetectionAndSharingAPI.Resources. API = Application Programming Interface? C'est plus probable que ça soit la cause des APPCRASH/BEX?
Les autres ont toutes un fichier en commun prnhp002.inf, qui est un driver d'imprimante laser d'HP (encore un driver HP...!)

Tu as ré-installé l'imprimante qui avait posé problème lors de ta 1ère installation ?
De toutes les façons il y a un problème avec cette imprimante.
Soit tu as installé des pilotes inadaptés, soit ces pilotes sont corrompus.

J'ai moi aussi une imprimante HP et je peux t'assurer que je n'ai ni Appcrash ni écran bleu, et que le rapport de mon sfc est vide (je n'ai aucun fichier système corrompu).

Quant à la dll dtsh, c'est bien aussi une dll native de Windows 7 (Detection and Sharing Status API).

Tu peux préciser la référence exacte de ton imprimante, ainsi que les pilotes que tu as installés ?

Tu as essayé simplement de connecter ton imprimante et laisser Windows 7 l'installer en utilisant les drivers HP nativement inclus dans 7 ?
