Panneau de configuration " ne repond pas" [Résolu]

J'ai le même problème avec un dell studio 1558 que dans ce topic -> post29893.html#p29893
Je suis entrain de faire un sfc /scannow comme conseillé ci-dessus.

Voila ma configuration:
Dell Studio 15
Intel Core i5 2,4Ghz Turbo Boost jusque 2,93Ghz
4 Go de DDR3 1333Mhz
320Go 7200 tr/min
Windows 7 Edition familiale premium
Je vous tiens au courant, je suis également nouveau sur ce forum. Merci.

C'est terminer, voila ce que windows me dit, c'est inquiétant quand même !

J'ai fais cette procédure 3 fois en redémarrant à la fin de la deuxième fois et toujours le même problème !

Bonjour,

Relance un sfc /scannow, puis à la fin du scan au lieu de refermer l'invite de commandes, tu copies-colles :
findstr /C:"[SR] Cannot repair" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log >sfcdetails2.txt
Tu déploies ensuite dans l'explorateur
C:\Windows\System32
et tu recherches le fichier sfcdetails2.txt
Tu fais un copier-coller du contenu de ce fichier dans ta réponse.

Bonjour,

Les fichiers non réparés sont tous tcpmon.ini (fichier de compatibilité pour les anciennes imprimantes Plug-and-Play).

Je ne pense que cela ait une incidence sur l'ouverture du panneau de configuration.
As-tu installé une ancienne imprimante ?

Pourrais-tu nous indiquer avec précision ce qu'il se passe exactement quand tu tentes d'ouvrir le panneau de configuration ?
Quel message d'erreur ?
Tu ouvres le panneau de configuration depuis le menu Démarrer ou un raccourci sur le Bureau ?

Dans Démarrer -> Exécuter -> tu tapes
control.exe
et tu valides
Que se passe-t-il ?

Oui j'ai tenté d'installer une HP Deskjet 710c qui est sur mon réseau local partagé depuis un autre pc sous windows xp, elle s'est bien installé mais j'arrive pas à imprimer !

As-tu un point de restauration système à une date antérieure (avant l'installation de cette HP Deskjet 710c) ?

Le panneau de configuration s'ouvrait bien avant ?

L'explorateur windows cesse juste de fonctionner, je ne peu plus rien faire et si je cliques 2 ou 3 fois j'ai un message me disant que l'explorateur windows a cessé de fonctionner.

Ca ne plante pas à chaque fois, je diré que ça plante apres chaque redémarrage, quand je l'ouvre pour la première fois et après si je reste un petit moment sans l'ouvrir il va replanté.

Dès que j'ai de nouveau le message d'erreur je le poste, promis!

Sinon pour l'imprimante, je ne pense pas que cela est de lien car d'après mes souvenir ça a toujours fais ça et ça me le fais même quandl'imprimante est hors tension ou que le pc auquel l'imprimante est relier il est éteint..

Mon PC est neuf, je suis un peu dégouté, je l'ai reçu il y a quelques semaines...
