donc en lisant cette crash list je trouve un fichier qui revient souvent "ntoskrnl.exe" qui d'après mes recherche correspond a l'image d'ouverture de Windows.Toujours d'après mes recherche ,pour le réparer il faut rebooter avec les cd de sauvegarde ,mais j'ai un gros souci vu que ca ne fait pas longtemps que j'ai mon pc je ne les ai toujours pas fait et maintenant que j'essaye de faire la sauvegarde elle ne peux s'effectuer normalement voila ce que ca m'affiche:

Déjà pour en savoir un peu plus sur ton crash, télécharge "Whocrashed" de Resplendence => http://www.resplendence.com/download/wh ... dSetup.exe (source : http://www.resplendence.com/whocrashed)
Une fois installé, tu lances Whocrashed, tu cliques sur "Analyze" et tu copies le contenu qui se trouve plus bas sous Analysis et tu le colles dans ta réponse.
Ça aidera pour diagnostiquer l'origine du problème.
On peut essayer une réparation par la console de réparation.
Si tu n'as pas le DVD Vista, tu peux malgré tout télécharger une image iso ici => http://neosmart.net/blog/2009/windows-7 ... air-discs/
Choisis la console en fonction de ton OS (32 ou 64bits)
Suis la procédure indiquée dans ce tuto (il est donné pour Vista mais c'est idem pour 7) => WinRE
Assure-toi bien que le CD comporte les 2 dossiers BOOT & SOURCES et le fichier BOOTMGR.

j'ai trouver "acer erecovery management " apparemment avec je peu faire une sauvegarde de sorti d'usine peut être que si je reboote sur cette sauvegarde ca m'enlèvera ce problème.

Toutes tes données seront effacées et il te faudra réinstaller tous tes logiciels.
Ce n'est pas un problème en soi, il faut juste que tu le saches et que tu fasses les sauvegardes de tes données avant toute installation.
Maintenant, si c'est un problème d'ordre matériel, il n'est pas du tout garanti que la réinstallation aux paramètres usine règle le problème ...

Merci pour toutes vos réponses.Je me pose d'autre questions genre a quel matériel correspond 0x124 et est ce que vous croyez que si je le rapporte il vont bien vouloir me le réparer et surtout est ce que celle ci va rentrer dans la garantie.
