Bonjour depuis quelque temps, j'ai un problème de reboot "écran bleu" plusieurs fois par jour.
Je me suis rendu compte que lorsque je lance plusieurs logiciels en même temps l'ordinateur plante.
Je viens de faire un "whocrashed" et voici la réponse/

Avant le passage d'un helper, fais ceci.

Touche Windows + R, tape MSCONFIG ==> Enter

Dans l'onglet services, coche: Masquer tout les services Microsoft
puis clic sur Désactiver tout
Ensuite dans la liste, retrouve ton antivirus et coche le pour qu'il démarre.

Dans l'onglet Démarrage.
clic sur Désactiver tout, puis retrouve aussi ton antivirus pour le sélectionner.

Redémarre ton PC.
après cela, tu pourras réactiver ce qui t'es indispensable. (tu constateras qu'il n'y a pas grand chose d'indispensable au fonctionnement de ton PC)
en option, va dans programme et fonctionnalité et désinstalle tout ce que tu trouveras comme Toolbar, sauf celle que tu utilises (personne n'utilise de toolbar)

Cela fait, l'aide d'un Helper du forum te guidera pour une recherche plus approfondie de problème sur ton PC.

L'erreur 1A est liée soit à :
-Un matériel nouvellement installé qui serait incompatible
-Une barrette mémoire défectueuse.

Tu débranches tous les périphériques autre que clavier, souris et écran.
Si le problème persiste, teste la mémoire.

Avec Vista et Sept.
Dans le panneau de configuration, Outils d'administration, Diagnostic de mémoire Windows, choisis parmi les deux options proposées.
Cette opération se fera au redémarrage.
Un rapport sera affiché sur le bureau en cas de problème.

Avec Memtest, tous systèmes
Voir sur ce site
Il faut graver un CD ou l'installer sur une clé USB bootable et démarrer sur ce médium pour lancer l'analyse.
Un cycle dure environ 15 à 25 minutes avec une machine assez récente.

Il ne faut pas d'erreur dans le cadre en bas à droite.
