Bonjour, en voulant faire l'evaluation de l'ordinateur sous windows 7, l'évaluation s'effectue mais quand elle se termine il y a une erreur qui dit

"Impossible de calculer l'indice de performance Windows pour votre systeme", "l'évaluation ou une autre operation ne s'est pas terminée correctement. Ceci est du à une erreur signalée dans le systeme d'exploitation d'exploitation, un pilote ou un autre composant"

Comment faire pour que l'évaluation marche?

-Mes pilotes sont à jour
-Ma config : Windows 7 édtion intégrale / pentium 4 3.06ghz / carte mère MSI 6577 3.1 / 2 go de ram / asus radeon hd3650 / disque dur 250 go / Avast Antivirus
-J'ai éffacé les fichiers contenu dans le repertoire Winsat/DataSore

Essayer de procéder autrement... dans une fenêtre d'Invite en mode Administrateur, exécuter cette commande:

winsat formal
Le déroulement des différentes séquences est affiché en temps réel... donc repérer la séquence qui bloque avec un message d'échec. On devrait savoir si ça vient de DirectX, de la RAM ou d'un autre composant.

Rien de bien identifiable à priori.

Donc on commence par une vérification/réparation des fichiers système avec l'habituel:

sfc /scannow

sfc /scannow ne se lance pas un menu DOS apparait mais disparait aussitot

finalement j'ai reussi a lancé sfc /scannow mais il n'y a pas d'erreurs.

Je n'arrive pas non plus à lancer sf /scannow (il disparait itou immédiatement...) ?

j'ai tapé dans la barre de recherche "command" puis clique droit sur "invite de commandes" puis executer en tant qu'administrateur puis clique sur invite de commandes et tapez sfc /scannow
