Windows update - erreur 80072F78

Bonjour,

Je suis nouveau sous Windows 7.Je n'arrive pas à faire fonctionner Windows Update. J'ai à chaque fois le message d'erreur 80072F78 que mon pare-feu (Outpost Pro 7.0.4) ou mon antivirus (Kaspersky Antivirus 2011) soient en fonctionnement ou arrêtés.
J'ai aussi le même problème lorsque j'essaie de mettre à jour Windows Live ou que je veux utiliser Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer.
Quelqu'un pourrait-il m'aider à résoudre ce problème?

J'ai effectué, je crois correctement, toutes les étapes préconisées dans le lien sans résultats.
N'y a t il pas des fichiers de log qui pourrait permettre d'orienter les recherches sur ce dysfonctionnement de Windows Update?

Un problème pareil m'est arrivé lorsque j'installé le driver de ma carte wifi. Essaie de redémarrer ton ordinateur, ensuite arrête ton antivirus et pour finir lance windows update. Une fois l'installation finie et le reboot de ton ordi effectué tu peux remettre ton antivirus

J'ai aussi eu le problème de ne pas pouvoir installer les dernières mises à jour(14) de Windows Update sous Windows 7qui refusaient de s'installer.Erreur 80072F78.

J'ai essayé la désactivation des pare feux Windows et aussi McAfe, j'ai aussi désinstallé l'antivirus McAfe, tout ceci sans réussir.

J'ai fini par trouver une parade. Après avoir relevé le numéro des 14 mises à jour (KB........), je suis allé sur http://www.microsoft download.com et ai réussi à en télécharger 12 et à les installer en mode autonome, l'une après l'autre. Tapez: http://www.microsoft download.com suivi du numéro de la mise à jour.

Internet Explorer 8 me disant ne pas pouvoir ouvrir les mises à jour "microsoft. NET framework version 3.5.1, Windows 7 et Windows Server 2008 R2 pour les systèmes x64(KB2360131)"
ainsi que mise à jour" windows 7 pour ordinateurs à processeur x64(KB2378111)", j'ai essayé avec Mozilla Fire Fox qui, lui, me les a ouvertes et j'ai pu les installer.
Me voilà à jour pour les 14.

Cette solution de secours m'a permis de me maintenir à jour en attendant de résoudre plus sérieusement le problème.

c'est peut être ton pare feu tiers qui pose problème... désinstalles-le et utilises le pare feu de Windows, si ça ne change rien, tu pourra toujours le réinstaller.

Il y a aussi la possibilté d'interférences avec un autre programme qu'il faudrait désinstaller, mais lequel ?

Ceux installés depuis plusieurs mois n'avaient posé aucun problème avant l'apparition de l'impossibilité de continuer à effectuer les mises à jour automatiques.
