erreur 1393

bonjour ,
hier je n'arrivais pas a ouvrir mon pc plus icônes sur mon écran, ce matin il sait ouvert et
j'ai un rectangle qui c'est affiché disant :
impossible de créer le dossier temporaire
erreur 1393 la structure du disque est endommagé et illisible

en plus les icones des disques c et d invisible ils sont plus là
que dois je faire

Bonjour,

Contrôle ton disque
Clique sur Démarrer > Entre Invite de commandes dans la zone Rechercher > clique avec le bouton droit sur Invite de commandes
Dans cette invite de commandes admin, tape la commande
chkdsk /f /r

Télécharge CrystalDiskInfo, exclusivement sur ce lien officiel, pas sur un lien indiqué dans la fiche suivante

bon! et bien je crois que mon pc est mort
rien ne s'affiche dans le panneau de configuration
mes photos s'affiche plus cela fait un carré blanc :hein:

Je t'avais aussi indiqué d'autres actions, mais tu n'as fait aucun retour sur celles-ci.

Supprime le contenu de ton précédent message qui occupe inutilement beaucoup de place sur le forum.

Pour information, quand on désire transmettre le contenu d'un fichier, on le met en pièce jointe, pas directement dans le message, mais dans ce cas, il est inutile de le faire, ce n'est pas cela que j'attends.

Tu peux essayer de réparer le pc avec les options de récupération, soit directement depuis le pc, soit partir d'un support externe, un disque d’installation de Windows 7 ou une clé USB, ou encore un disque de réparation système
