Bonjour
"These htt*.tmp files are generated by Offline Explorer. When it downloads sites, the partially loaded files are saved as htt*.tmp files in the Temp folder (specified in the Advanced - Files dialog).
When a file download is complete, it gets moved to the final download directory with the filename according to its online URL. The htt*.tmp file is removed. So, while file download goes on, the file is blocked.
Normally you should have the number of htt*.tmp files no more than number of connections in Offline Explorer (Internet tab of the Ribbon).
Of course, if Offline Explorer or system hangs or crashes, some number of useless temp files may be left. But Offline Explorer has code to clean these files on exit automatically.
If it doesn't work for some reason, let me know. Sometimes a serious system crash may cause certain files have problems because of filesystem errors. In this case, Windows simply blocks any access to the file and you cannot rename it, move or delete even if no application uses it.
You will need to run chkdsk utility to verify disk (on next reboot) and fix filesystem errors."
Je n'ai malheureusmenet pas trouvé la solution.
